Podere I Macci – Monte Castello di Vibio – Umbria
Description
Podere I Macci is an estate of about 10 hectares where the Miani Group has entirely managed the ‘ambitious project of recovery of ancient farmhouses for a total of about 600 square meters.
The demolition and reconstruction work resulted in a prestigious Villa of about 500 sqm and an Dependance of an additional 120 sqm.
The project was designed by Emanuela Miani following the Feng-Shui philosophy. While respecting the traditional local architecture, the project included a harmonious fusion of elements and materials used, the result of which today is a balanced contrast between the ancient and the modern.
A 5 x 14 infinity pool with breathtaking panoramic views of Todi is being planned.
The compendium will be presented to luxury tourist leases for the 2026 season and will be exclusively managed by the Miani Group with all services provided by the Team.
