Castello di Guardea – Umbria
Description
Emanuela Miani, CEO of Miani Group, has been contracted for a prestigious assignment as both Interior Designer and Project Manager. The entire project involves the redevelopment of the real estate complex that total’s about 6,000 square meters. Emanuela and all her team is therefore instructed in coordinating all phases of the work and personnel. The project includes the renovation of all the residential units, the rebuilding of the medieval structures that are in a ruinous state, and the total renovation of the main buildings and areas of the historical castle. The Design project includes a careful study of the interior spaces aimed at achieving a harmonious balance while maintaining the characteristics of the architecture of a traditional Medieval Castle.
