Birthplace of famous fashion designer Luisa Spagnoli, Villa Bel Air is a farmhouse that has retained the charm of old architecture, revisited inside with modern materials that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Set on a hillside adjacent to Lake Trasimeno, its sublime location provides breathtaking views of the lake, Polvese Island and the surrounding rolling hills.
The ground floor of the main Villa consists of an entrance hall, spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Adjacent to the latter there’s a large living room, an ideal place to relax and watch a movie after a day spent outdoors. Also on the ground floor is an elegant bedroom with private bathroom.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, accessible by an outside staircase, 2 of which have queen-size beds and 1 has a French bed. The 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with two sinks while the French bedroom has its own private bathroom.
The Guest House, formerly an old barn, has been finely renovated with an additional queen-size bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
Complementing the interior spaces, there’s also a SPA with Sauna and sensory shower.
The Outdoor, just like the interiors, are well maintained and feature several relaxation areas, a beautiful infinity pool and bbq area with outdoor table.
