Podere M&M Project – San Terenziano, Perugia
Description
This project entirely signed Miani Group, involves the demolition and reconstruction of an old 450sqm farmhouse. In compliance with the new anti-seismic and energy-efficiency regulations, this Casale will be developed on two levels: the ground floor will consist of large living rooms, living areas with large windows, kitchen, dining room, service bathroom and laundry area. The second floor will consist of 5 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each with breathtaking views. The two hectares of parkland surrounding the property consists of ancient oaks and olive groves. The project includes a 5 x 14 infinity pool and bbq area. The interior and exterior design will be managed by the Designer Emanuela Miani. The property will be ready to receive booking requests for the holiday rentals for 2027 summer season and will be exclusively managed by the Miani Group.
