The Miani Group was founded in 2019 as a multi-service real estate group covering various sectors: Design – Renovation and Project Management; Real Estate; Property Management and Exclusive Holiday Rentals.
The company has more than 30 professionals and technical consultants who support the Group’s constantly growing activities.
The company initially began by carrying out design and renovation activities for prestigious properties. Today, luxury tourist rentals and property management activities are added to these services.
Emanuela Miani, Ceo of the company, has developed projects not only in Italy, but also in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean, in the renowned island of Saint Barths (FWI). Miani Group has always presented on the market exclusive and designer properties, with attention to the smallest details, anticipating current trends, achieving a unique result that has led the group to “brand” a brand synonymous with style and elegance.
Emanuela, along with her team of professionals, has great abilities in coordinating the entire working group with dynamism and practicality, always respecting the needs of each individual operator, creating a synergistic and qualified team capable of sharing strategies of the entire project process until its completion.
